Global Image is pleased to announce the hiring of Bill McLaughlin. Bill assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day to day management of the Global Image team including people management, project delivery assurance, client satisfaction and internal processes. He will report to Rob Cima, President.
Bill comes to Global Image from CNA Insurance in Chicago where he served for 7 years, most recently as Director of Application Development. He was a key player in the development of CNACentral.com, CNA's internet presence in the commerical insurance marketplace. He led the implementation of AI/PS, a unified customer application that is core to CNA's transforming business architecture. Bill also was responsible for leading a software development team of 80 people.
Prior to CNA, Bill was VP of Technology for econobroker.com, a residential real estate dot com. He spent 3 years at Andersen Consulting in their technology practice, developing software and consulting to Fortune 50 financial services companies.
Bill holds a B.S. in mathematics and statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
